Balance is a key part in life. Physical, emotional, spiritual, social. In my daily pursuits, I do my best to achieve balance. Balance of work and life, friends and family, video games and productivity, vegetables and protein, running and lifting weights, stress and anxiety.

As we try to achieve balance, things don’t always go as planned. We need to be flexible and willing to bend. Doing so will only enhance our ability to remain balanced.

Through this blog, I wish to share with you moments of my life (good and bad) and how I strive to achieve balance through activities, crafts, love, beer, exercise, and whatever else comes into play that day. I am doing this to further help keep myself balanced, as well as to motivate and keep myself accountable. If it helps anyone else as well, cheers! :)
